  Just a quick review for those who care... Dropped in to have my daughter's iphone 7 looked at. It's been glitchy for the past few days and the actual "phone" functionality stopped working entirely.
  
  Recognized, one of the apple employees and he remembered us from last Christmas. Simply, his customer service skills are excellent. He's depth of product knowledge is very impressive. If you have any issues or questions...I would suggest asking for Terrence. We've experienced great service with all the floor staff but Terrence is friendly and will go out of his way to help you. 5 stars for Terrence. And, yes...he resolved our phone issue.
