  If you are considering getting auto insurance here make sure you dont get Phil Boozer. He is charming & nice but incompetent. He even answered a personal call while assisting me, which is probably why he messed up so much. I asked questions to make sure I would get what I wanted, and he lied to my face. He made so many mistakes and just blamed me. Since they're a "team" there they just kept defending him. Literally within hours of having the insurance I wanted out. Phil Boozer was supposed to handle a claim and never reported it and never followed up. If I hadn't kept calling and making sure things were getting done most likely I would have been sued. Again Phil lied about ever getting any calls. He tried to "go around the system" to try to get me a discount, which i never wanted or asked for, by canceling my triple A membership then reapplying for it. I just wanted to pay the whole $7.
