  These are really nice apartments. And the management is actually nice, unlike some places I've lived. The grounds are well kept and the location is wonderful.

  The visitor parking is way out of control. Every single visitor parking spot is taken because tenants use they're garage as storage. I've seen cars Parked in visitor PARKING for well over 4 days. Meanwhile I have to walk 50 yards to my apt. You need to fine these people MONEY or cancel they're lease when they use visitor parking for weeks on end. Montecito employees need to check every single garage to see if people are using it as storage or as a parking space. So far moving into the Montecito is a gigantic pain. CHECK THESE GARAGES FOR STORAGE.
