  On Friday, September 8, 2017, I used the app on my phone to place my order, which takes 15-20 minutes to be ready for pick up. I arrived within 15 minutes after placing my order. Five more minutes I was told by the employee. Fine -I patiently sat down awaiting my order taking note of the pizza boxes that were on the counter ready to be picked up. A customer walked in and picked up his order. I winded up waiting 10 minutes when one of the employees from the back came up front and noticed I was sitting down. He then asked me what my name was and what I ordered. He then asked the rest of the employees if my order was finished. The employee who initially told me another five minutes had the "deer in the headlights" look and shrugged his shoulders. The employee actually helping me then went to the counter where the remaining pizza boxes were, and sure enough, it was my order. He gave me my order, I thanked him, and walked out. What kind of operations are they running in there? That's really bad customer service. When I arrived home, the pizza was fine. The breadsticks...they looked like they were "overcooked".

  This site generally delivers within their time parameters but when talking to one of the staff members or mangers, they seem very disconnected from the customer. I have called three times with this location because it is the only locaton that can deliver to my location. I recommend patience and if by chance you get a good phone representative that takes your order, compliment that person and write a review here. Otherwise, bite your tongue so your pizza arrives safely.
