  My ex and I ended things violently, and I needed a lawyer fast. My now-boyfriend went to law school and used his connections to get me in contact with Russell Thaw at Reape-Rickett. My job paid me roughly 15k/year (before taxes), so I wasn't able to afford to pay what all the other lawyers wanted me to pay. Russell worked with me and set me up with an up-and-coming attorney, Lovette Mioni, who was able to accept monthly payments I could actually afford. What I got was someone who was adept in the trade, who worked closely with Russell in all of my affairs, and who did an excellent job keeping things on track and fair. The opposing counsel ended up looking like a fool, because all they cared about was the bottom line and trying to screw me over as much as possible. Lovette, Russell, and the staff at Reape-Rickett helped to keep me safe from these attacks, and made sure that all parties came out feeling like winners. They do a wonderful job at making the divorce process as painless as possible for EVERYONE involved.

  I have worked with Russell Thaw 2 times in regards to post divorce issues. In both instances Russell showed that he knows the law and court system extremely well. He prepared my cases in depth including being prepared with alternative arguments if needed. My hearings were decided in my favor in both situations. Russell is excellent at examining your issues from all perspectives while still remaining open to your opinions and needs. If you want to win your case hands down, you won't find a better attorney.
