  THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CAR DETAIL PROVIDER I HAVE EVER HAD. I purchased a groupon (160 dollar value) for a standard exterior and interior detail. Mark's guys showed up on time to my apartment and "assessed" my vehicle. I have a 2013 Ford Escape.
  
  My car had no interior stains, no tree sap or hard stick, no hard dirt, and 100% visibility on the windows. I have a dog and surf... so of course, there was pet hair and sand in my car.
  
  What happens next? They tell me they "don't have time to clean my car" and they will charge me an additional 50$ bucks to vacuum/clean out pet hair, and they "can't guarantee that they will even remove it" after being charged.
  
  Interesting... Pretty sure the point of DETAILING the interior of my car is to REMOVE and deep clean my vehicle more than a standard car wash. So I told Mark... I don't want to pay the extra fee... please give my car the (160$) value of a wash and detail. If the car is not finished when that time and value is up, we can call it even if the car was too difficult to wash.
  
  What did they do? They left. The didn't even TOUCH or wash my car when I PREPAID them to do so. They offered me a refund, but that refund doesn't include the work hours we missed to be at the house on a Monday morning, or the schedule rearranging I did to even make it happen in the first place. ( I booked 2 weeks in advance)
  
  I told Mark I would write a horrible review because he is the worst and shadiest car business I have ever dealt with.... he said he would respond with the picture of my vehicle....
  
  so please Mark! Post the pictures of my completely NORMAL car that needed a good vacuum...that your guys were too lazy to do and wanted to charge me 50 bucks to do it... and then also proceeded to leave me empty handed with NOTHING done.
  
  To be quite honest don't go here or do business with them. You would be better off taking your vehicle to the quarter wash down the street and doing it yourself for the time they will waste you.
