  Due to my canter treatment I lost 50% of my hearing, I was tested for my hearing loss at LAC medical center and was sent to Sonus hearing care to get my hearing aid. The clinic manager Evelyn Yoc greeted me friendly and explained everything to me and she was able to get the hearing aid through the medical with no charge. It made me so happy since I am a singe mother. I got my hearing aid and used them but I was not happy with my left ear. I went back to the clinic and Evelyn was surprised and she suggested that I should do a test screening at her clinic just to make sure the result I gave her was correct, before she send the hearing aid for repair. The result I got was different from what I had before, I had major hearing loss in my left ear and that was why I wasn't able to hear clearly. Evelyn reprogrammed my left hearing aid with the new test result and I was able to hear again. Evelyn is such an experienced and skillful at her profession and I can't thank her enough. I recommend her professional expertise to anyone who needs hearing aid, I guarantee you will walk out happy and satisfied.
