  I joined HCF Santa Clarita in March 2012, and haven't stopped joining since! Larry, Nadia, trainers and staff have created the perfect fitness environment for anyone to reach their fitness goals. The environment is more like a fit family! Everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable, supportive.. the energy is electric and contagious! They have multiple difference programs (boot camp, fight camp, 60 Day transformation challenges, nutrition programs, etc, etc) to reach those goals. I have been able to get stronger (gain muscle) and faster (get some running PRs), and with the 60 Day Challenges been able to control my weight. I wouldn't have been able to reach my goals with their support. The group environment is key to keep members motivated! I completely recommend this to anyone that is ready for big changes :) Once you join, you fall in love!
