  I ordered a diamond blade from this outfit on May 15, 2010. They had no problem charging my credit card before they shipped the blade, however they seem to have a serious problem in shipping the blade. I contacted them on the 26th questioning what is going on. Their reply was "will ship tomorrow". Tomorrow of what month? This is June already, I'm still waiting. The UPS number they gave me tracks nothing. I spend a lot of money shopping on the net... bypass this place if you can, their customer service is beyond a doubt the WORST I've run across, and charging my account before they ship? STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!

  After reading the previous review I decided to start a log. I ordered 2 products from UKAM near the end of June as I like to promote local business's. One product was in inventory the other had to be produced or outsourced. I was told this would take 2-3 weeks. 5 weeks later after not hearing any status reports by phone or email I decided to call. I was told it would be another week for the piece not in stock. I told the gentleman I was scheduling a project for the 12th of August that would require both products and would rather he tell me a month than mislead me. Giving him the opportunity to level with me He assured me it would be a week or less and he would update me when it ships. I left it at that and will update this next week maybe sooner. I'll be in Valencia in the middle of August and may drop in for a chat, hoping it will be regarding how great their product worked.
