  The staff was ridiculously unhelpful when I was trying to find an item for Halloween. Even though I had the picture and item number no one bothered to look it up in the system the first time I went (asked 2 bk store staff members and the cashier). Had to go a second time and ask the cashier to look up the item number so finally she helped me figure out where it was in the store. I had to go get the item myself (took literally 10 seconds sense it was towards the front of the store) when I got back the cashier tells me I had to wait in a long line again. I just don't understand why I had to tell them how to look up the item. I understand it's a busy time of year for them, but customer service should always be a priority.
