  This place has gone down the drain.
  
  For a while the quality of the haircuts and people were very good. Then they transitioned to younger people running it who are more interested in leaving than being available for people who need haircuts. If you're going to cater to men, then you should cater to their typical available hours. If you show up within two hours of their closing, be prepared to hear they're too busy and aren't talking more names (in spite of only a few people waiting). This has happened 5 out of the past 6 times I tried. The only reason I keep trying is because I prepaid for haircuts. The time I did make it in, I heard the young ladies there constantly complaining about people coming in and how they want to leave early.
  
  A note to management: hire more people and have a manager on duty that has a focus on customer support, not their weekend plans. The quality of haircut remains good, but your scheduling and customer service is horrible. You've lost our family as a customer, in spite of the lost money in prepaid haircuts.
