  After reading these great reviews I'm puzzled as to why I got such poor response when I walked in and asked for help with some features on my new MDX. When I answered that I didn't buy the car there, there was a pause, and I could tell right away... the guy walked around here and there, and finally a tall guy came and said he could help. In the car I asked a few questions, and he showed me. But, he couldn't wait to leave! It's not like people were lined up outside the dealer wanting to buy a car - I didn't see one other customer. Unfortunately, there are so few Acura dealers around.
  
  When I asked friends who have bought new cars, they have all said, "All you have to do is go to the dealer and they'll take an hour or longer and will teach all you want to know and a lot you didn't know"... and, to bring a note pad. Not at this dealer. I left very disappointed.
