  We are home owners on the street fronting onto this park and have enjoyed it for many, many years. Park is well maintained and has been safe for children but in the last couple of years it has become a hang-out for teens and others to smoke drugs and other illegal substances. The city's non-smoking ordinances are not enforced by the sheriff's department and it is quickly becoming the favorite "walk to" drug mecca of southern Valencia.
