  My worst customer service experience ever. First time I coming to Valencia Nail Spa because my usual nail place (Cest Lamour) was booked all day and they said they had time for my mother and I. We get there and one of the ladies starts my acrylics and then another customer comes through the door and asks if they had time for a pedicure, so my nail lady stops gluing on the acrylics on my nails to help her out. I thought it's cool she's gonna start the water and take care of her and get someone to help her out with the pedicure, mind you there are at least four other people that work at the salon sitting around speaking to each mother loudly in Vietnamese, and she'll come back to me, no. A pedicure later, a different lady comes over to assist me in finishing my acrylics while they haven't even started on my mothers nails. Once she's done putting on the first layer of acrylic her 3:30 appointment comes through the door so she stops doing my nails to help her out and apologizes. At this time someone got a chance to start my mothers nails and didn't leave her side so that was the only plus. After waiting 30 minutes for her to finish her appointments fill, she comes back to me and when I describe to her what I want she gets offended when I tell her I wanted more pink on my pink and white and that I wanted them a little shorter while she violently uses the tool to shave down my nail bed and cutting almost every edge of ever finger, I was in a lot of pain and she didn't care that I was flinching she just kept on. Finally, the lady over hears me telling my mother I did not get gel because it's pointless and I don't like to pay and additional $7 for something that for me is unecessary, the lady rudely tells me that she put gel on and that if I didn't want gel I should have said something and she got extremely sassy and said she would take it off since I didn't want it but both hands were already done and I let her know I had been there three and a half hours, I didn't have any more time to take the gel off and add another top coat and she said she already put it on and that I had to pay for it, forcing me to pay for something I didn't ask for even though earlier I had mentioned I only wanted a top coat. Finally she charges me $70 for my "ombré" style nails and says she'll only charge me "$60" which in my opinion the job that was done wasn't worth a penny. My nails ache and look terrible! So much money all for nothing because I have to go to my nail guy and fix this awful "ombré" that looks like I just painted over a grown out set. Will never step foot in that place again!
