  There is a lady named Catherine Bledsoe there that has a "know it all" attitude and a fake smile. She needs to realize that I'm going there for help with my taxes. I'd appreciate it if she'd stay professional and not use a condescending tone in her voice. Her answers to my questions were short and not thorough at all. I have been getting my taxes done with h&r block for the past four years. I have never been more disrespected. Pick anyone but her because she is obviously not a tax professional if her customer service needs improvement.
