  I pulled into line and the person stationed outside told me that my truck was too big for them to rotate the tires. He didn't know what to say when I explained that they put the tires on originally. Then they told me my installation did not include free tire rotations. I became angry and left. Later I found the paperwork from when I purchased the tires from them. It clearly shows the additional amount I paid for the tire rotation service. Prices are cheap but this place is ran by a bunch of bozos.
